Leeza Katz
Leeza Katz began her musical studies with guitar and voice at the age of 8 years old. She studied at the Juilliard pre college with Tali Roth from 2010 - 2015. After her Juilliard graduation, She then went to study vocal performance at The Eastman School of Music. During her time at Eastman she also studied with the classical guitar teacher, Nicholas Goluses. In addition to Leeza’s training in classical guitar and classical voice, she is well versed in pop, jazz and musical theatre!
Teaching
Leeza Katz taught as a guitar teacher at the Belvoir Terrace camp in Lenox, Massachusetts. In addition, she teaches guitar and voice at the Edgewater Performing Arts Center in Edgewater, New Jersey. She now has her own studio where she teaches guitar, voice, piano and ukulele! She teaches all ages, genres, and levels. Leeza’s goal is to make sure her students are improving their musical skills, while also creating a good connection and relationship with music.
